You have placed an order with us, but you don't like the product or an item is damaged? No problem!
We make returns easier
We have got rid of paper returns slips. The following link will take you to our returns portal, where you can with your order number and e-mail to process your return and exchange online.
Our returns policy
You can return unworn items to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. In the event of a return, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods (postage/freight).
As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the return. After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded - according to the payment method you have chosen. It can take up to 7 days for the return to be processed and refunded. We offer a return label for Germany for a fee of 5.00 EUR. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Of course, you can also return the goods at your own expense using the shipping service provider of your choice. You can find more information on returns from abroad below.
What you cannot return
Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in their original packaging, including the label. Of course you can try on an item as you would in a store, but please do not wear items that you want to return.
Returns from abroad
You can also register returns from abroad in our returns portal. We will provide you with a returns label for returns from Austria, Switzerland and the UK for a fee of 10.00 EUR. The fee will be automatically deducted from the refund amount. Please note that you are responsible for the direct costs of returning goods from abroad. You are of course free to choose the shipping service provider.
If the goods are returned with our return label, a return fee will be charged, which will be deducted from the refund. We charge the cost of the return per order sent back to us.
