The ordered goods will be handed over to the parcel service provider within 2-3 working days. You will receive your tracking number by email to inquire about and track the sending status.

We would like to point out that deliveries to countries outside the European Union (third countries) may incur further customs duties or taxes as soon as the purchased goods have reached the third country. These additional customs duties or taxes are at the expense of the buyer. The seller has no control over these fees and cannot predict the amount, as customs regulations vary considerably from country to country.
Return
If you do not like the goods, do not fit or are faulty, you have the option of returning the goods to us. For customers from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the UK, we offer a return label for a fee, while customers from all other countries take care of the return shipping themselves and also bear the costs.
Please note that the goods must be delivered unworn, in their original packaging including all labels to MANDALA, Wittelsbacherstraße 3, 82319 Starnberg must be returned franked within 14 days of receipt of the goods. This is the only way we can process your return accordingly.

Credit notes
Your voucher will be sent to you by email. When you enter your voucher code at checkout, the amount to be paid will be reduced by the voucher amount. If the credit balance is not sufficient, the difference can be made up by another payment method. If the purchase amount is less than the voucher, the difference remains as credit.
In the case of returns, the amount on the voucher will be refunded.
It is not possible to return or cash out the voucher.
Payment methods
In MANDALA online shop you can choose the following payment options:
1. Credit card
The credit card information is forwarded to a certified payment service provider via an encrypted security system, without any MANDALA or third parties have access to this data in any form. MANDALA has the security software SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This is an encryption method that protects credit card data against eavesdropping and tampering during transmission. When transmitting data on the Internet, it is therefore not possible for unauthorized persons to read this data. Refunds can only be posted to the credit card used to pay for the order.
2. PayPal
You will be redirected to a secure connection directly to PayPal for the checkout process. The only requirement: You must have a PayPal account or create a new one during the payment process.
3. Purchase on account (Klarna)
Your open invoice will be forwarded to a certified payment service provider via an encrypted security system. You process the payment directly with the payment service provider and we receive your payment from the service provider.
