The ordered goods will be handed over to the parcel service within 2-3 working days. You will receive your shipment number by e-mail so that you can check and track the shipment status.

We would like to point out that deliveries to countries outside the European Union (third countries) may incur additional customs duties or taxes once the purchased goods have reached the third country. These additional customs duties or taxes shall be borne by the buyer. The seller has no influence on these fees and cannot predict the amount, as customs regulations vary considerably from country to country.
Return shipment
If you do not like the goods, they do not fit or are faulty, you have the option of returning them to us. For customers from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the UK, we offer a returns label for a fee. Customers from all other countries take care of the return shipment themselves and also bear the costs.
Please note that the goods must be returned unworn and in their original packaging including all labels. MANDALA, Wittelsbacherstraße 3, 82319 Starnberg with postage paid within 14 days of receipt of the goods. This is the only way we can process your return accordingly.

Vouchers
Your voucher will be sent to you by e-mail. If you enter your voucher code in the checkout, the amount to be paid will be reduced by the voucher amount. If the balance is not sufficient, the difference can be made up using another payment method. If the purchase amount is less than the voucher, the difference remains as a credit.
In the case of returns, the amount on the voucher will be refunded.
A return or cash payment of the voucher is not possible.
Payment methods
In the MANDALA online store you can choose the following payment methods:
1. Creditcard
The credit card information is forwarded to a certified payment service provider via an encrypted security system, without MANDALA third parties have access to this data in any form. MANDALA has SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security software. This is an encryption method that protects credit card data against interception and manipulation during transmission. It is therefore not possible for unauthorized persons to read this data during transmission over the Internet. Refunds can only be posted to the credit card used to pay for the order.
2. PayPal
You will be redirected to a secure connection directly to PayPal for the payment process. The only requirement: You must have a PayPal account or create one during the payment process.
3. Purchase on account (Klarna)
Your outstanding invoice is forwarded to a certified payment service provider via an encrypted security system. You process the payment directly with the payment service provider and we receive your payment from the service provider.
