We do not offer any special discounts for yoga teachers. However, you are welcome to register for our newsletter. As a subscriber, you regularly receive exclusive access to great actions and discounts.
During checkout you can enter your discount code in the "Contact Information" section.
If you have any problems with the redemption, please write us a short e-mail to shop@mandala-fashion.com.
You can only redeem one discount at a time. Depending on the validity, you are welcome to use the remaining discount code for your next order.
A customer account is optional with us, i.e. you can also order as a guest. However, creating a free customer account has many advantages for you:
You can view your orders and the order status at any time
Your delivery address remains saved and you save time for future purchases
As a loyal customer you will receive special gifts and discounts from us
If you have forgotten your password, simply click "Forgot Password" to receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Alternatively, you can email us at shop@mandala-fashion.com.
You can easily change your address during the order process or in your customer account. If you want to change your e-mail address or password, please write us an e-mail to shop@mandala-fashion.com.
Since we ship every order as soon as possible, it is unfortunately not possible to change the order later.
Please email us at shop@mandala-fashion.com if you have placed an incorrect order.
Please email us at shop@mandala-fashion.com to cancel your order. Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In this case, please return the order to us with the enclosed return label.
Payment
During checkout you can enter your code under the item "Contact information". You will find the voucher code in the email with the gift voucher.
If the purchase amount is not fully covered by the gift voucher, please choose for the remaining amount from our payment methods prepayment, instant banking, PayPal and credit card.

You can pay with us via instant transfer with Klarna. We cannot offer a manual transfer to our bank account.
Shipping, Return & Exchange
Our vouchers are only sent digitally by e-mail to protect the environment. After receipt of payment you will receive an e-mail from us with your individual voucher code. Please keep this in a safe place.
We use DHL to ship your order. You will receive the shipment number automatically by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Since we ship with DHL, shipping to a German Packstation is possible. Please make sure to specify your postal number as well as the packing station. No street and house number must be specified. For shipping to a German post office, you can also specify your postal number.
When shipping within the EU, there are no additional costs for you. When shipping to third countries outside the EU, additional customs duties and fees may apply. Since customs duties vary greatly from country to country, we unfortunately cannot cover the customs fees that may be incurred during shipping. We recommend that you contact your local customs office in advance to find out what the costs will be.
Please register your return in our returns portal. You can choose between an exchange - if the desired size is still available - and a refund. Customers from outside Germany and Austria send the return to us at their own expense with the desired shipping company.
Customers from Germany and Austria receive a free return label from us after they register their return in our returns portal. For customers from UK and Switzerland, we also provide a return label with customs documents for a fee of 10 €. Return shipments from all other countries have to be send back at your own expense with your desired shipping service provider.
The refund will always be made back to the original means of payment. Therefore, please keep your voucher code safe if you have paid with a voucher and want to return something. The refund will be made on your voucher and you can shop with it again next time until the amount is completely used up.
If you decide to receive store credit for your return, you will receive a refund + 11% of the amount as a voucher to redeem in our shop. To do this, we will send you a code by e-mail. You can redeem the store credit for unlimited time any time you like.
