Does MANDALA offer discounts for yoga teachers?

We do not offer any special discounts for yoga teachers. However, you are welcome to register for our newsletter. As a subscriber, you regularly receive exclusive access to great actions and discounts.

Do I need a customer account to order from MANDALA?

A customer account is optional with us, i.e. you can also order as a guest. However, creating a free customer account has many advantages for you:

You can view your orders and the order status at any time

Your delivery address remains saved and you save time for future purchases

You will automatically be part of the MANDALA Club and benefit from special gifts and discounts

I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, simply click "Forgot Password" to receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Alternatively, you can email us at shop@mandala-fashion.com.

How can I make changes to my customer account?

You can easily change your address during the order process or in your customer account. If you want to change your e-mail address or password, please write us an e-mail to shop@mandala-fashion.com.

How can I change or cancel my order?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can adapt or cancel it.

I entered the wrong address. Can this be changed afterwards?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can adjust your address. In this case, please send us an email shop@mandala-fashion.com.

Payment

How can I redeem my gift voucher or discount code?

During the checkout, you can enter your code under the item "Contact Information". You can find the voucher code in the email with the gift voucher.

If the purchase amount is not fully covered by the gift voucher, please choose the balance from our payment methods: purchase on invoice (via Klarna), instant banking, PayPal and credit card.

If you have problems with redemption, please send us a short email to shop @mandala-fashion.com.

Can I combine multiple discounts?

You can only redeem one discount at a time. Depending on the validity, you are welcome to use the remaining discount code for your next order.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

You can pay with instant transfer via Klarna with us. We cannot offer a manual transfer to our bank account.

Why do I get a payment reminder from Klarna, even though I have already transferred the money?

Please check which bank account was used for the transfer. Payment by bank transfer on invoice is only possible by Klarna invoice. Please send us an e-mail to shop@mandala-fashion.com if you have transferred the invoice amount to us instead.

Shipping, return and exchange

How will my gift card be sent?

Our vouchers are only sent digitally by e-mail to protect the environment. After receipt of payment you will receive an e-mail from us with your individual voucher code. Please keep this in a safe place.

Which shipping company will MANDALA use to ship my order?

We use DHL to ship your order. You will receive the shipment number automatically by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Does MANDALA also ship to DHL packing stations and post offices?

Since we ship with DHL, shipping to a German Packstation is possible. Please make sure to specify your postal number as well as the packing station. No street and house number must be specified. For shipping to a German post office, you can also specify your postal number.

How long can I return the items?

You can return unworn items to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please register your return in our returns portal.

Why can't I register my return in the returns portal?

Please make sure that you enter the email address you ordered from us. If you no longer know your order number, please contact us by email: shop@mandala-fashion.com.

If you have entered your data correctly, but still cannot register a return, the return period has already expired.
