We make returns easier
We separated from returns in paper form. The following link gets to our return portal in which you with your order number and email can handle their return and exchange online.
Our return regulations
You can send back to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. For some countries we offer a return label for a fee. The fee will be deducted from your return amount. As soon as your return has been received, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of the return by email. After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded - according to the payment method you have chosen. Processing and reimbursing the return can take up to 14 days. What you can not send back
Please make sure that all returned articles are in the original condition and are returned to us in the original packaging, including a label. Of course, you can try on an article as well as in a shop, but please do not wear items that you want to send back.
Returns from abroad
You can also register returns from abroad in our return portal. We offer return labels for Austria, Switzerland and the UK for a fee. The fee will be automatically deducted from your return amount. Please note that the direct costs of returning the goods are to be borne by you. You can of course freely choose the shipping service provider.
