In 1999, he had training as a Jivamukti teacher in New York and brought this Yoga practice to his first studio in Munich in 2003. Spirit Yoga Berlin
The three trendy studios of Spirit Yoga in Berlin were founded by Patricia Thielemann. She has had many years of experience as a Yoga teacher in Europe and the US and has authored several books and even published her own Yoga program. An important focus for her is the pre-natal and post-natal Yoga program. Spirit Yoga Berlin is one of the largest Yoga schools in Europe with a licensed company in Aachen.
Lord Vishnus Couch Cologne
Lord Vishnu's Couch has three locations in Cologne and was founded by Nicole Bongartz and Frank Schuler, who both organize the Yoga Conference Germany every year. In their Yoga studios, in addition to Vinyasa Flow, also Jivamukti, Pre- and Postnatal Yoga as well as Yin Yoga is practiced. There are also regular workshops and Yoga retreats. This Yoga studio was founded by the well-known Yoga teacher, Young Ho Kim.
